Red Sweet Peppers . . Slice Thin Straight accross to give Circles
Radish . . . . . . . . . . . . .Slice Thin
Cumcumber . . . . . . . . .Cut in half along length - then slice Thin Diagonal - Half Oval Slice
Celery . . . . . . . . . . . . . Slice Thin Diagonal - or leave out if preferred
Chickory . . . . . . . . . . . Nice Leaves - But not always liked - leave out if preferred
Cherry Tomatos . . . . Slice in Half - Substitute with Beef Tomatos for Flavour if available
Sweet Corn . . . . . . . . . Frozen or Cook a Cob & slice off the Corn
Additional & Alternate Ingredients:
Avacado. . . . . . . . . . . .Substitute with Hard Boiled Eggs if preferred
Croutons . . . . . . . . . . . Available ready made - or make your own - or use none
Bacon . . . . . . . . . . . . . Use your Favorite Cut or Streaky Bacon - Cook until Crispy - Drain - allow to cool
Chicken . . . . . . . . . . . .Thigh has more Flavour - Fillets of Breast are Good - Fry in Bacon Fat for Colour & Flavour
Sugar Snap Peas . . . For Sweet Crunch if required - Remove the hard pod edge & slice diagonal

Bacon or Chicken - Use Both for a Substantial Salad or either for a Lighter Salad - or NONE
Parmesan Cheese Curls - Place on top of assembled Salad - Use a Potato Peeler to give the curls
Use your Favourite Salad Dressing

. . . .Green & Crunchy - Cut into slim wedges - immerse in Lemon Juice - prevent browning
White Seedless Grapes . .Cut in Half
Green Peppers

Baby Cucumber . . . . . . . . Slice into Thin Diagonals
Celery . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . .Slice Thin Diagonal - or leave out if preffered

Roasted Vegetables
Peel & Dress all veg to maybe 4cm irregular pieces - similar sizes for all to cook together
Carrots

Red & Yellow Peppers 
Butter Nut Squash
Red & White Onions
Mushrooms
Cauliflower
Courgette 
Butter Nut Squash could be used as a single Veg
Substitute any Veg for your favourite - or Add More varieties to your choice

Use Oven Proof Dish or Baking Tray - Add Cooking Oil - Perhaps brush Butter onto Veg 
Place in Pellet BBQ Grill - Maybe 30 mins at 400F - 205C - Check & Baste with Butter - Get a little char on the Veg

BBQ ROASTED SWEETCORN
Corn Raw       Corn Cooked
Buy Several Cobs of Sweetcorn - maybe one per person
Roasted Whole or Break Cobs in half for portion control - prior to Roasting
Place Cobs on BBQ Grill - Paint with Real Butter - Not a Spread! - Best using a Searing Plate for Caramalised Charring

Roast at Highest Temperature for Char Marks - maybe up 30mins - keep an eye on them!
