We get apple fruit mash and infuse it with our proprietary process to make a lightly sweet subtle smoke flavour. Cooking with Apple infused pellets, you’ll get a light, slightly fruity smoke flavour that will naturally enhance Veggies, Pork, and Chicken.
This is made to work best between 180-350 degrees. Low temps and longer cooks get the best flavour!
Great with light flavour foods like Vegetables, Chicken, Pork, Muffins and cold smoked dishes also.
